Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow the journey in real-time.
Processing Times
Note: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. For international orders, local customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. During collection launches, please allow up to 3 business days.
Return Policy & Instructions
We want you and your feline companions to be completely satisfied with your Cat Wall purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your home, our return process is designed to be straightforward and fair.
- • Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Item Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging.
• How to Start: Email our support team with your order number to receive a return authorization and shipping label.
• Refund Timing: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Change of Mind: For non-defective returns, the customer covers the return shipping costs to us, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Packaging & Damages
Damaged/Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review your case quickly and arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
